I have a warrent. How do I turn myself in?

Simple, got to the county that that warrant is in and flag a cop down with your ID and tell him you want to surrender yourself. He'll run your name and the the warrant and he'll have to take you. Especially Wilco, I tried it myself.

Where/how can you buy a phone card to talk to a person in jail

What an inmate needs is money in his "books" call the jail and they can expain and give you and address and money order info. An inmate can buy a phone card for 20$ for 12 minutes.

If you choose not to bond out, how long does it take to go to court, while in jail?

When you get to the jail, your be held 24hrs in the booking area you see the magestrate around 9 or 10ish. I asked the magestate how long it would take to go to court, he told me about 2 weeks for misdemeanor charge and about a month for a felony. I actually seen the judge in exactly six days. "ask for a court appointed lawyer if you don't have one"
