Interview with pete, Jake, Billy and Kara


JM: How long was your sentencing for?
pete: 3 weeks
Jake: I was never actualy sentenced or charged. My attorney told me months later that my case was "no billed". In short, he said, "It means they don't have a case against you."
Billy: 90 days.which in my opinion was way too long for the crime i committed. If you want to call it that.-
Kara: 1 year county jail

JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like?
pete: Yes, it smelled like urine in the holding tanks
Jake: Yes, bail was set at $10,000. $1,500 was what I paid out of pocket to bail out. This took about 19 days to do, and having never been charged with anything, I find it obserd and wrong.
Billy: Yes i went to a holding cell for about an hour until they finished with the other cases.
Kara: No, I was taken back to my tank where I had been held since the arrest.
